To cancel an order, please log into your registered account. If this option isn't available and you have waited 15 minutes since order placement, we are unable to cancel your order. Please refer to our return instructions to return your order once received. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns processed after the 30 day window will be refunded to a gift card. Exchanges must be placed as separate orders. Once you've followed the steps here (https://returns.narvar.com/madewell/returns) to initiate a return, simply place a new order for your replacements. Once we receive your return, we'll issue a credit for the original order.
Availability of items on our website reflects the most up-to-date inventory available in both our stores and distribution center. Items not showing on our website are unfortunately sold out at this time but please continue to check back regularly for future availability.
Our agents are unable to honor price adjustments on items not purchased at full price as they are ineligible per the terms of our price adjustment policy. We gladly honor a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise within seven days of the order ship date if accompanied by the original receipt. Orders already placed with a coupon or promotion are ineligible for additional discounts. Promotions and coupons cannot be applied to previous purchases.
It's not unusual for it to take several days for your order to ship, but please rest assured that it will still arrive by the original promise date included in your order confirmation email. Once your order ships, you'll receive another email with tracking details where you can follow your package to your doorstep.
